Nosy neighbors, not car guy friendly nor motorcyclist friendly. Useless expensive hoa left gates damaged for almost half a year since they keep hosting parties in their office for other tenants
Private gated condo community with a nice club house and owner-access amenities (at substantial cost!). Resale is rare but you may inquire at the office. New progressive management as of 2023.
Nice modern spacious units with decent amenities and great location for the price. However, common areas are poorly maintained, with lots of peeling moldy paint and organic detritus. Loud traffic noise ruins otherwise peaceful settings of buildings near the main road.
