Fantastic family business that l have been seeing for over 6 years. James is lovely caring especially with my multiple eye issues I have macula cataract etc. very customer focused individualised caring care. They did an urgent order on my glasses multi lenses on Tuesday 29/8/17 and got a text today at 3pm 1/9/17 that they are ready to be fitted and picked up, going in on Saturday 2/9/17, my eyes are very bad and l only have the one set of frames due to employment situation, bloody unreal service. Extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by the Merringtons in Northcote. Mum went in there for a referral letter during the week and the lady working there was made aware of that when we called to make the appointment. Instead of Merringtons doing what my mum was there for, they also pressed her to buy glasses she did not want. Mum is a 84 year old pensioner who's English is very basic at best, my brother and I both contacted the store and were told by both the person working there and her manager that they... read more
