I had my roof done about 8 years ago, by a different contractor. We were having problems with leaks. I contacted Merrimack Valley Roofing & Gutter, they got back to me in an hour and I had an estimate by the end of the day. Dan called to schedule the next day, it was all set up and the crew showed right on time. The site manager Josh was great, constant contact and explained to me what was going on, what to expect, what they were doing. Super friendly and professional. I would gladly work with them again. Went above and beyond to check on the inside of the roof after coming out to just do the ridge vent.
