I highly recommend working with Al for buying a home! My husband and I started our house search with Al. This was our first time buying a single family home. My husband and I had a terrific experience in working with Al to sell our home. He was honest, accurate, and calm. He told us exactly what to do to prepare our house for the open house and correctly predicted the response. We sold 1 day after the open house at a price that we considered generous. His follow up after the sale with any concerns we had were dealt with quickly.
