I have been a client for more than 25 years and with the new ownership the focus is now on profit rather than quality. I had a temporary crown replaced three times in one month. If you don’t confirm your appointment the day before by their deadline they cancel your appointment and charge you $50 (not everyone is glued to their phone, clearly not a customer focused approach). I do not recommend this dental practice (I miss the prior owner who cared for his clients…the new owner is focused on the number of practices she owns).
This dental office is amazing! I’m originally from the north shore and once my family and I moved to this area I was on the hunt for a local dentist. I saw the great reviews about Dr. Pujo’s office and thought I’d give it a try. I was so impressed with the friendly staff especially with their hygienist Kayla! I called the office and asked if they took Cigna dental they said yes what they did not tell me is they are out of network and I received a $81.00 dollar bill for a cleaning and trays they should clarify that on accepting new patients when I called the office to ask why I was being charged for a cleaning and x rays which should of been fully covered they still did not tell me They were out of network and just said it was my coverage not very professional and last but not least they gave a circular x ray that was completely u... read more
Dr. Pujo and his staff are excellent. It had been years since I went to the dentist and he was able to work on the many issues I had over a few different appointments. I was thrilled with my new healthier teeth! I wasn't able to afford the regular cleanings required for someone like myself with gum disease unfortunately, and it began to get too expensive since this office is sadly out of network for my insurance.
