Outstanding. Honestly I have hard time convincing myself this place actually exists, and I didn't dream it. EVERY SINGLE INTERACTION I have had with this facility has been friendly and helpful. EVERY SINGLE PERSON I have talked to is courteous, respectful, helpful, and professional. PLEASE don't ever change. Furthermore (and most importantly) the doctors are equally impressive as is the degree of care.
I visited this clinic because I work part-time in the area. My PCP is in Boston and she did not have hours on this particular day. I was pleased with how I was greeted by the staff and with the doctor's assessment of my condition. When I wasn't feeling better I called and left a message with the answering service to have the office call me to see if the medication should be changed. The practice new and clean although parts of the building are still under construction. I was seen by a physician, not a nurse practitioner. The doctor listened and took care of my problem and I was out back home within and hour.
They took me in and took care of my problem and I feel better. Construction was still going on in other parts of the building but the walk-In facility was brand a new and very professional. Staff was friendly and I saw a doctor, not a nurse practitioner.

I was just seen at the Merrimack Medical and walk in Center and was extremely pleased with the service all the way from being checked in to being treated. The staff is extremely kind and the doctor I saw was very kind and cared about what was wrong with me. I strongly recommend Merrimack Medical.
