I've waited 10 months to write this review, hoping things would get fixed. I hope this review makes it to Altman, because you guys have a real problem over here at "The Leena". Wow, where do I start. The "Butterfly" system which is what they use for the call system at the front door, has been broken for 6 months. Anyone can walk right in at anytime.
