Very good place to stay management is great Neighborhood is great I would recommend Y’all apartment To everyone
When I moved a couple months ago I was a little worried because of the previous reviews but it was a great call to change management because the current property manager and overall staff has been 10/10 ever since. In 5 months I've only had to ask for maintenance twice and they were super fast and nice about it. Also it's nice to go to the leasing office and people are actually in a good mood haha A lot of apartment complexes I've lived at wasn't the case. also great that it's right next to food lion and burger king. :)

The worst apartment I’ve ever lived in. Everything was and still is broken the microwave, garbage disposal, bathtub drain and not to mention there is a water leak that is soaking up the carpet. You call maintenance and they say they’ll come back and never do. The maintenance folks look like some thugs I don’t why they don’t have uniform t shirts.
