NOT dependable. We have stayed in a Merrimac rental several times and had a decent experience for the price. We were looking forward to spending Memorial weekend there, as we booked early in the year. However, we were cancelled on less than a month before check in, with no offer to help us find another housing option. We will not be using Merrimac rentals again bc this is so inconsiderate and has left us in such a bind for finding a vacation rental last minute.

We absolutely loved it here it was such a great place not a far walk to the beach and the kids love the pool area would definitely be back
