We rented from Ms. Hall and her company for a little over three years. We'd only planned to stay a year in the home initially, but they allowed us to go month to month after that year with no extra fee and they always responded quickly to all of our concerns. When we moved out, we did have a small cleaning charge, like the above poster mentioned, they are very exacting with inspections. But in all fairness we did neglect to wipe down the baseboards and window sills in the chaos of the move, so I can't blame them for that.
My advice would be to find someone else! We rented from her for a year and not only did they not fix things on multiple occasions they also decided we should pay for things that weren't even in the house when we moved in. If you rent from them, beware! and make sure you take pictures of EVERY nook and cranny before and after you move out!
I have loved renting from MHR. They've always done everything they could for us as quickly as possible. A better landlord does not exist!
