The BEST primary care physician I've ever had! She put the CARE in "general medicine".
The nurse recorded my weight wrong . When I called and asked her to change it to what I had told her as I weigh every day she transfered me to the office manager. The office manger was extremely rude. Told me I would have to come back in to weigh to have it changed. As the nurse recorded what I told her. Lie the nurse didn't record what I told her she recorded 11 lbs greater then I told her which is false documentaion. Dr. Nelson was referred to me by a co-worker and I will be ever grateful. She listens carefully and treats her patients with respect. She is careful but not overly cautious. With her I've had some of the best healthcare of my life. No exaggeration.

I went to see her once last year for my inital visit and I had a pleasent experience. Last week was I had an appoitment for physical and she had an emergency so I understood. Today I tried again. I was sitting waiting for 30 minutes and then walked to the desk and the receptionist checked the wrong patient in my spot and and another Dr canceled my appointment. They didn't even try to fit today. They wanted to reschedule me next week. Just disppointed and I needed a perscritpion refill.
