While Im impressed by the entire staff at Merrillwood Pediatrics, Dr. Butry went above and beyond my expectations. My son was recently in the hospital, and when Dr. Butry heard he was there, she came to visit us even though she was not the on-call doctor. She always takes the time to answer questions and Ive never felt rushed when seeing her. I would highly recommend her to anyone.Weve also been seen by Dr. Peltz and she was great too.
I am so impressed by the entire office!!! I have a preemie so we are regulars at the doctors office. From the moment I called everyone has been very polite and helpful. Apparenlty there was a problem with my insurance when my baby was discharged from the NICU and they did what they had to on a Saturday to get it taken care of for me so that they could see my son. I have been with Dr. Butry for 22 1/2 years. You cant imagine how many times Ive been impressed with her and her staff. You cannot go wrong with her. I have tremendous confidence in her ability to lead and listen intently.
Im not sure of the doctor, she may be great. However, I couldnt get past the rude staff member who I spoke with on the phone to even make my first appointment. They are providing a service, and I will be sure to scream it to the world that she was rude and disrespectful.
I have been very pleased with this practice for the last 1.5 years. They are timely, courteous, and knowledgable.
