Do NOT do business with these people!! They did not help with the process of picking out my glasses/making any adjustments to them. Very long wait for them to actually arrive, I had to continuously call in for an update and mostly received attitude. After the fourteenth day I asked to speak with a manager and that same day my glasses “arrived “ When I finally received my glasses they were extremely big and sliding off of my face. Start to finish unprofessional. Never have I ever come to an appointment where you sat in an empty dark waiting room...half hour later staff comes in with jackets and turns lights on. Late getting glasses...never answer their phones...even their outgoing message is unprofessional. Tried cancelling all future appointments and I'm still getting reminder calls. Won't go back.
Staff treated me professionally and Dr. Watkins is a great doctor. He has helped me alot.
