I recomend a Test: I'm asking for a 1-2-1-95 Critical Request Evaluation Sheet asking for Expedited Services because I just became Homeless due to my disability. I am Also asking for a "Bench Decision" to speed up the Process and Proceed with the Case. If the Lawyer actually does anything they were hired to do... Then i'll write a favorable review discussing the Test and Outcome in detail. If they do not produce favorable actions, ill find a new attorney.

Hands down the worst attorney and person I've ever dealt with. Merrill Schneider knows how to drag out your case and work the system so he gets maximum backpay. I could have gotten my SSI years earlier had it not been for him dragging it out. Remember, the fee is only a portion of your backpay...so this snake will drag it out as long as possible while you lose EVERYTHING. BEWARE!!

5 stars for now! Had my hearing today with R. Miller. The Judge mostly talked to a M.E. over the phone. He did not talk to the V. E. After he was done over the phone, He asked me a couple of questions and the hearing was done in around 15-20mins. Sounds like I won my case with 100% approval! Thank you R. Miller!

Found out six months after I was denied finally got ahold of someone there they said judge found you disabled but your 46 apply when your 50 Wtf piece of crap
