Merrill is a great company to do business with. Eilier Teruel is an excellent broker. Very friendly, knowledgeable and present. I have been very happy with Eilier and Merrill.
this is not a good company to invest in. I trusted them with my 401k savings. Every dollar in the account is mine. I asked to close the account and send my remaining balance because I no longer work for the company that I invested my 401k with they are refusing to do so. Now that I am not working I need my money for bills. They are also monitoring calls and refuse to put a rep on the phone. I will be sure to warn people not to deal with this company. I give you 0stars you closed my account both my accounts with no notification, no reason. You refuse to tell me as to why you abruptly locked me out I was 100%cash not invested all sells had cleared. You refuse to transfer my money to my BofA account instead you mail me a check then after waiting for it to come and it not receiving it I contact you again you informed me you stopped payment on the check but no reason to why
