We had a wonderful time here for our anniversary. Everything was great—the service, food, drinks. Not a single complaint. Our server, Aaron, was attentive and timed our meal out nicely. We ordered calamari, steak bites, the cowboy steak, and the filet. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. The calamari was the best I’ve ever had!
We have always loved M&H. We even plan ahead of time and buy the Black Friday gift certificate deal. We visited this time for My MIL birthday. It was not great. Past two Or three visits have been subpar for The food. This chicken was literally like it was boiled. Might go elsewhere for special occasions. The service was still top notch
Merrill & Huston’s is hands down one of the best spots in Beloit for a special night out. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and it works just as well for a romantic date night as it does for a big celebration. Celebrated my dad's 70th birthday here. The experience was just amazing They won't sing to you but they do let you select anything off the dessert menu. They also provide you with a candle. There was a gentlemen celebrating his birthday as well while we were there. The whole room we were in sang him happy birthday. It was such a heartwarming experience.
