The managers of this apartment are very kind and helpful. They are quick with resolving service requests and the apartments are also spacious and well maintained! The area is also very safe. Highly recommend staying here if you are moving to Palo Alto!
This was an awesome place to live. I was a Stanford grad student and lived here from 2023-2024. It's a super pleasant commute to campus (about 20 minutes by bike), and they have bike storage. The apartment was very clean when we moved in, the property management was extremely kind and responsive, and it's a spacious layout especially for the bay. Great management
Our two-year stay here was delightful. Anne and Dave, the property managers, are exceptional. The location near Cal Ave, train station and Stanford is ideal, and the peace/quiet and upkeep is very impressive. They were consistently responsive via email, promptly addressing any issues. If we find ourselves in the neighborhood again, we’ll gladly return. This is a hidden gem!
Just about the only affordable place in Palo Alto unless you wanna live in a garage. The building's a bit older, but the units are really spacious and the greenery keeps things cool and shady in the summer.
