Terry was incredibly helpful throughout the lease renewal process. She was professional, responsive, and made everything smooth and easy. I truly appreciate her assistance and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent service!
They'll do anything they can to get you in the door but don't care about existing/long-term tenants at all - and they let a gentleman in my building host extremely loud parties for years running 3 of us out of the unit so they could "rennovict" us & charge the next person higher rent. Also ignored all my maintenance requests until I threatened legal action. Very shady company.
For first impression of Merrifield- everyone has been incredibly kind and helpful! Rahel Telahun was nice, direct, and extremely helpful with our technical difficulties when applying. Happy to be here! :)
I have been extremely disappointed with the apartment management and the water system. The water service has been unreliable, and dealing with these issues has been frustrating. When residents have a problem, management should respond quickly and communicate clearly, but that has not been my experience. The overall management has been very disappointing, and it feels like residents’ concerns are not being taken seriously. Thank you so much. ————————————————————- Ms Rahel & Stella are always helpful and upfront to assist. I remember most of the time i showed up in the leasing office without appointment but i was helped within few mins all the time. Definitely backed by the cool supportive manager Mr. Carlos.
