Terry Ty at Dunloring Merrifield Apartments was extremely helpful and understanding. I approached her with some concerns about a few concerns regarding our lease extension, and without any hesitation, she listened and kindly solved it. It really meant a lot to be heard and supported like that. Terry is approachable, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about the residents. Very grateful for her help!
Happy to note the hospitality I received 16 years ago still excels in Merrifield that I recommend another family for the third time recently. Rahel Telahun has been very instrumental in facilitating our transit 16 years ago in providing helpful information not only about the apartment but also the area (accessibility) and schools.
