This Community offers so much for first time homebuyers and the best part is the the whole area is new!
Buyer Beware!! Not all the homes are like the model home. The model home shows a nice big backyard but a third of the homes in the community have extremely small backyards because of drainage easements in the back. They won't tell you this before you sign or before you close. They brought false documents to my closing and never corrected the issue.
