Typically good service, however there's issues with curbside/drop-off. I came to my dog's appointment, parked and called as told. On the call I was rushed, not given an opportunity to ask questions and make sure to relate my dog's prior issues. I'm trying to be a responsible owner and ensure he gets the right shots per his record. Rushing me on the phone as someone stands outside my car window isn't good service. Merrick and Dr Sullivan are so wonderful. Curbside appointment today was on-time and quick. Dr. Sullivan called me to see if I had questions and to give me an update on the state of my pup's health. I don't want to go to another vet ever again!
A great experience with knowledgeable front desk staff and caring vets. My dog actually enjoys going to the vet.
