Semi-annual check-up I came in for my regular 6 month cleaning. The dental hygienist, Morgan, was prompt and very considerate during the procedure. She also addressed the concern I had about staining on my teeth which I had never had before. She presented multiple at home options that she felt might help control the staining between cleanings.They have not yet determined what is causing the stains. I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WHEN I WENT INTO THE DENTIST OFFICE THIS AFTERNOON. I HAD A PRETTY PAINFUL TOOTHACHE AND NOT MUCH HOPE FOR RELIEF. ALTHOUGH IT WAS ABOUT CLOSING TIME THEY TOOK ME IN, PULLED THE TOOTH AND SENT ME ON MY MERRY WAY. NOW THE PAIN WASN'T IN MY MOUTH, IT WAS IN MY POCKET. IT WAS A FAIR TRADE I SUPPOSE.

It's hard to get excited about any kind of dental work I receive. Being a patient / client / friend at Merrell Family Dentistry, makes the process manageable and as enjoyable as possible. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a happy person who smiled and welcomed me but...it came across genuine.
