We love renting from Merons. If you're looking at their properties Turner is very small and great for first apartments. It has on-site washers and dryers. Tiffany is bigger, we would recommend the back side but even the big building isn't bad. Stonegate is sort of the highest scale apartment. Very large, quiet, plenty of security cameras (literally pull in the parking lot and you're covered in them). Meron Properties are wonderful to work with, especially Jason! He was more than accommodating with all the things I was looking for within a rental. He was patient while showing numerous units. I felt safe and welcomed in the apartment I chose. Maintenance was great. I had a couple non urgent request. The men were great and worked around my availability. Again, thank you Jason and Meron Properties.

No maintenance, just promises. Friendly when renting, once you are in, forget it. Any repairs are done, if done, on the cheap. And forget about your security deposit; they will create sufficient fiction to keep it. Tiffany Way apartments are dirty and sick with insects and small animals under the building. Bad company.
