I bought the fearlessness bracelet and I must say that I am disappointed. The matte finish makes it look like a cheap base metal bracelet that you can pick up anywhere. The letters are close together with no contrast in coloring like the pix show. My biggest complaint is actually my fault because I didn't take the time to check out the care instructions. I have purchased 2 Joyful Heart necklaces - first the sterling silver "Fearlessness" tag and recently the sterling silver lotus mandala. I wear both pieces, sometimes together, with an immense sense of pride. I love that Me&Ro designs beautiful, meaningful pieces and gives the proceeds to such a worthy cause.
I purchased a very nice bracelet online and within 6 months, the chord broke. I e-mailed to inquire about a repair. The e-mail was ignored. When I called, I was told that chords breaking is a pretty regular thing and that I would either have to restring myself or pay a fee to have it restrung. The jewelry is good, the person I spoke with was lovely but I'm pretty annoyed with the shoddy material resulting in breakage so soon after purchase and having correspondence ignored.
