Logan and team did an outstanding job washing the outside of my house and cleaning all my windows (inside and out)! His team was extremely polite, hardworking and professional, and I am planning to use them on a yearly basis due to the true "face-lift" my house received. Logan offers fair pricing and is extremely knowledgeable - he even found a slight issue when it came to my siding (hard water can be rough), gave me his take on a solution, and promptly took care of it.

I have hired Mermaid twice this season for gutter cleaning and again for window cleaning. Logan responds quickly to requests, sets convenient appointment times and then arrives promptly. He and his crew are very professional, nice to work with. They did excellent job on gutters and windows , paying attention to details Pricing is competitive. Mermaid is now my go to for cleaning

I noticed a sign for gutter cleaning and called Logan and Matthew. They came over and cleaned my 2nd story clogged gutter which was the problem and also cleaned my other gutters. They sprayed my brick chimney which had mold and mildew on it making it look old. Very professional and polite. I would highly recommend.

Showed up on time. Explained everything they were doing. Very courteous. Very satisfied with the finished job. Our gutters look like new. Great job!!
