Said my water holding tank is bad and needs to changed. He turned off the water to the tank. Some other company walked me through. As soon as I turned on the valve, water started coming. Prior to this, had to call several times to get the filter changed in the RO system. Then, he put one of the cartridges upside down. Told me to wait for 2 hours. No water.
