Called and asked about a item went there 3 minutes later the lady lied it wasn’t 20$ it was 70$ not coming back again
I had my hot tub repaired and when they delivered it, I forgot to ask them to winterize it.. With freezing temps predicted, I was panicking. The wonderful service team came out the very next morning, before the freeze, and did an amazing job of winterizing my spa!! I couldn’t be happier with mermaid’s great service and friendly employees. O highly recommend them for all your pool, spa,, and outdoor furniture needs.
Scott and the Mermaid team are amazing! Great customer service anytime we need anything (chemicals, pool maintenance, hot tub maintenance, etc.) ! Would highly recommend!
