I definitely would not recommend this service to my worst enemy. The Limo was 40 mins late picking up the Bridal party. Not only were they late, they were also extremely RUDE to me when I asked where the Limo was… So, the end result was my niece had to pay an extra $850 to have the photographer and videographer stay past their time in order to have her speeches and first dances captured. Completely UNACCEPTABLE…. In my opinion, a refund should be honoured at the very least. Definitely will not recommend this company…..
Hired for my wedding, the limo arrived early and the driver was very friendly. However, she was not familiar with the route so my dad had to guide her on the drive to the ceremony. In hindsight she should have familiarized herself with the route ahead of time for such an important event. Because of covid, I kept having to change our schedule and drop off point, but they easily accommodated my requests. Overall, satisfied with the process of hiring them and would recommend.
Customer service was great. We used mermaid limo Niagara for our July 24th wedding. My husband said his limo was great. The drover had champagne on ice. Great drive/service. My limo on the other hand. Super dirty. I don’t think any of the surfaces were clean . Driver also would shut his window between us. No champagne. A little disappointed

I am so beyond disappointed with Mermaid Limo. Having booked years in advance, I truly cannot believe the limo bus that showed up on our wedding day. The seats were ripped, it smelt like smoke, the floors were sticky, the speaker system did not work. The value is not there. I was truly embarrassed to have our wedding party and family driving in this vehicle, in our beautiful and expensive attire.
