Before any servicing, I had a few question as it was my first time getting laser done. All questions were answered in a timely fashion and gave me all the information and then some. I've had 2 sessions with Melika. I was greeted and everything we discussed before starting. Everything is clean and tidy and they have designed the space beautifully.
I had a wonderful experience at Merlot Beauty for my laser treatment. Maleka was absolutely amazing—professional, gentle, and very attentive throughout the whole process. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable at every step. Her skill and care really stood out, and I could see how much she values her clients. I’m very happy with the service and highly recommend Maleka to anyone looking for laser treatments!
10/10 service, I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else! The technicians are so lovely and friendly, Melika is the best! She’s so kind and sweet and makes sure you feel welcomed and ensures you are comfortable throughout the appointment! Never had an issue with their service, they are very punctual and the results are 100% worth it!
So far so good! It is a beautiful, bright space with very esthetic decor. The women that run it are kind and friendly. Came across my IG and I followed their treatments for a while. I wanted to get a few tattoos removed but got lured in by a facial LOL! 2 sessions of removal and 2 laser facials later and seeing redness dissipating. Tattoos are much lighter after 2 sessions. Happy I found this spa!
