Since the re-make, the new rooms are really nice and comfy (big difference from 2 yrs ago). Kitchenette in all rooms now. Staff was really nice and they have texting room service even starbucks! What a great view & I loved the band!!
Customer service was excellent with the staff at the front desk however to pay $180 for a hotel room for one night and to not even to be able to take a shower because there are so many nats in the sink, toilet area and shower is disgusting. It is called P-trap and should be cleaned, I have been in the area since I was a teenager and I frequently go back to visit friends from Miami but I will never be staying there again. I can only imagine if they don’t do that, what else are they not doing?
Loving this place!! So much fun! Ate at Island View tonight, awesome! Will definitely stay here again!!

Perfect!! Stayed 3 days between visiting family in central FL earlier this week. Met some wonderful people, other guest and employees. Best time of year to visit for us. It wasn't too crowded like from what Ive heard it gets crazy (fun) at different times of the year. Music was loud, but it was GOOD music so we didn't mind. We been many times and each time it's different. View from the roof you can't beat and the food is on point and priced well. Drinks always very good and your on the beach! They upgraded with a few restaurants which is thumbs up!
