MUST READ BEFORE STAYING HERE. We stayed at the Lani-kai resort located on Fort Myers Beach on January 28th 2018 and had the most horrible experience ever. It all started when our Neighbors in the adjoining room repeatedly knocked on our door and asked us in verbatim "Do you guys have any Marijuana" we told him we do not associate with that stuff and that we are just here to relax and enjoy our stay. We usually have the best customer service here! However this time our usual bartender wasn’t here and this woman was absolutely terrible. She was so rude to my wife over her drink order �
Love the staff, love the experience and music. Can’t miss hanging out at the Lani Kai when we are in the area! Definitely a favorite!
Place is a little run down but for a beach hotel has good amenities. You would never have to leave the facility if you didn't want to. Had a great stay up until we went to the Sun Deck. Getting seated was confusing to customers. The service was awful. Waited an hour to be told our food went to someone else. Manager explained that a buss boy had quit and told us there was nothing he could do. He didn't look like the kind of guy who was going to jump in and help with manual labor. Beautiful great food rooms clean and cute. Only complaint was the mattress sucked. I would return though
