Had an good dinner at the island view restaurant but this place is a dump!! One elevator was broken so we walked down from the top floor overlooking and smelling garage the whole way down. Walking into the place is even worse. Dark, dingy, dirty, trashy all would sum it up
They need to put family's on one side and adults on the other. We have a family with a small child in a room beside us. Needless to say the walls are thin. Other than that it's great. The location is awesome!
My husband surprised the kids and myself with a little getaway here last weekend and we absolutely loved it!! We had such a great time and the staff was beyond amazing. Everyone from the bartenders, security guards, housekeepers, and Andrew and Chelsea from the office were so friendly and accommodating. We also tried the restaurant on the 6th floor, Island View, and the kids had so much making their own pizzas! Truly enjoyed our time there and we’re already planning our next stay!
No place to park
I spent 6 days there. I traveled alone. I felt safe being there. Staff is always present. I'm 57 it's for all ages...in my opinion. I was on the 4th floor. Beautiful view...my room was clean and comfortable. It's not a brand new hotel no , but you can't beat the location. Parking was a bit of a problem. Next time I won't rent a car. Everything you need is in walking distance. The only bad experience I had was getting served for dinner. For some reason if you eat alone you don't get noticed. After waiting 15min. I'm a local and go to lani kai for drinks sometimes, yesterday being one of those days. Of course you expect it to be busy on the 4th of July.. yet the bartenders were complaining quite a bit to each other that it was busy then since they were too busy decided to cut off credit cards after I stood there waiting 20 min to order a drink. Really disappointed and will now be going next door to the cottage for my drinks instead.
Excellent place for Adult Fun
Nice clean place. Perfect lication. Everything you need. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Great view!
