Chef Silvia and Sig. Giampaolo have brought some of Italy to Chicago. They have a beautifully decorated location in downtown Chicago that feels like an Italian ristorante. With a menu that shows off Silvia's mastery of the Cucina Bolognese with each selection, you can't go wrong with anything from Merlo. The hospitality is warm and friendly. This is a place for all occasions and has my highest recommendation.
