Extremely helpful. Everyone that has helped us was very nice and took care of everything. I’ve had other insurances where i had to call other insurances and it was a nightmare but Merlo insurance makes sure the customers are taken care of. Very pleased with the service.
Merlo called me to review my coverage! They were able to save me $500 a year. I was very happy needless to say. Chris was able to do everything online and I never left the house. She cancelled old coverage, started new coverage and even changed my banking information for me. She did a great job and I am very happy with Merlo Insurance Agency. Job well done !
