Long wait I had to wait 35+ mins. I've been a customer for 15+ years. That's too long of a wait for anyone.

Dec 16th Visit - AWESOME Everyone in this office is extremely Professional and Friendly, even when you miss your scheduled appt. Sarah makes you feel comnfortable and is very attentive.

My Bad. I was 15 minutes late and was so appreciative that Paige could take me. I apologized a couple of times and she was "Sometimes it happens, but not usually with you." I'm proud of my prompt visits and will make sure that my Jan. 13 one is prompt. And I always enjoy my visits with Dr. Merlo. A great office atmosphere and everyone is so welcoming and obviously well-trained. Thanks and my Best Wishes for everyone's Christmas and New Year! Kathy Bahnson
