I love Dr. Merlo and Michelle, his hygienist, and Jan in the business office. I have been going to Dr. Merlo's office since I was a kid, my whole family has, actually. I consider them the BEST in Charlotte and trust Dr. Merlo and his office implicitly.
As always, the service at Merlot and Fahrney was prompt, efficient and friendly. Sarah does an excellent job and treats me as if I'm an old friend.

Awesome!! Dr. Merlo has been my only dentist because he and his entire term are the best in Charlotte! From cleaning to whitening and everything in between I have always had the best care in a warm friendly environment. And after my visit for whitening today my teeth are several shades whiter and sparkling!

I am a new patient to the practice and I found everyone to be friendly, helpful, and excellent at their work. Mindy was a superb hygienist -- gentle, thorough, and efficient. Dr. Fahrney was personable, answered all my questions thoroughly, and I felt very comfortable with him doing some major work. I am going back to have it done right away. LES
