who called Dr. Farrell's office for me today as I have a dry socket from my wisdom tooth extraction. Dr. Farrell's office was closed for the day...but Jan was able to get a very nice triage nurse call me back and gave me some tips in addition to some encouragement. Merlo and Company are The Best! Always a class act! I figured out today that I've been in his office for 26 years and still look forward to each visit. Staff is wonderful and, if he bleached his hair, Dr. Merlo would look exactly like Daniel Craig (James Bond)!

I can't speak highly enough of the experience we have with Sarah. She was so gentle and explanatory with my son and he was well rewarded ;) I also enjoy that Sarah is genuinely engaged while she works.
