As a long time patient, I am still a satisfied customer. A phone call advising me that I was due for my visit, but late, created a dilemma for Dr. Merlo. The staff found a way to satisfy the fact of my appointment, by fitting me into an earlier than expected arrival of a patient and creatively served me also. A truly dedicated use of critical thinking by the staff. My Dental Hygienist, Sarah, provided her usual exemplary attendance to my dental health and wellbeing. Dr. Merlo helped too.

Of the three dentists I have had during my 84 years, Dr. Merlo is hands down the best! A filling dropped out of my mouth last weekend. Dr. Merlo worked me in Monday to take a look. Tuesday he saw me at 3:45 p.m. and I walked out, filling done and an ajoining tooth worked on at 4:45 p.m. There was no pain or discomfort. Dr. Merlo paused whenever my ancient jaw got tired of holding my mouth open.
