Merlin's was opened on May 12th, 1994 by Kathy Kokesh, and her son and daughter-in-law, Clayton and Sue Weitnauer. Our motto is "To serve great home-cooked meals at reasonable prices, by a friendly and welcoming staff." Even though many restaurants have had to close because of the bad economy, we have been able to stay open thanks to our many loyal customers. My first time I was at Merlins I was 10, I'm 41 now and it is still my favorite restaurant. I bring my son and now my boyfriend there as a treat. The service is impeccable, the food is fresh and delicious, it's affordable with large portions, and the staff remember you if you go there often. I hope to be eating there 41 years from now.
