Merlin's was opened on May 12th, 1994 by Kathy Kokesh, and her son and daughter-in-law, Clayton and Sue Weitnauer. Our motto is "To serve great home-cooked meals at reasonable prices, by a friendly and welcoming staff." Even though many restaurants have had to close because of the bad economy, we have been able to stay open thanks to our many loyal customers.
