I’ve used Merlino Construction for multiple projects on my townhome; punchlist prior to move in, garage door install, and home renovation to add a sunroom and deck. They show up on time, are polite and professional, clean their work space, provide options at various price points, and are easy to work with. The sunroom is the my family’s most used room. Great experience with everything they've done to our house.
I don’t generally write reviews but Brad and the Merlino Construction group deserve a shout out. I’ve used them for several home improvement projects over the last few years and they’ve never let me down. They show up on time, work reliably, offer fair prices, and do quality work. Finding a company like this is rare these days—can’t recommend them enough.
