I worked with Brad to replace some windows in my condo. The new windows were the wrong size and smaller than the old ones. One of the installers commented that Brad mis-measured. Brad didn't want to return the small windows or order the correct size so the installers had to re-frame the window openings to fit the smaller ones. This has led to smaller windows in one part of my condo. In addition, Merlino did not do a good job fixing the interior trim of the windows they damaged during installation. Professional and easy to deal with
Highly recommend. We got other quotes before starting the project, and Merlino was the best balance of fair pricing and professional service/communication. They renovated our kitchen and added a front porch- it completely transformed our house. They do great work and are very responsive to feedback along the way. Brad, Patrick, and the rest of the team are so easy to work with. The project was also completed in a reasonable time frame, despite Fairfax co putting us through the wringer with permits.
