Bradley and his team have been the best on all of our house projects. From a complete kitchen remodel, to roof replacement, to a simple toilet install, his team is always efficient, respectful, on budget and easy to work with!
What a great find. We just had Merlino Constuction do some work at our home on Capitol Hill. Everyone on the team was great from the estimate, through the pre-work walk-through, project execution and close-out. We were kept informed, consulted along the way, and were very happy with the result. We particularly appreciated their respecting the house and keeping a clean worksite. We'll have them back.

Merlino Construction Group is the best! Previously, I hired them to scrape and paint the railings on my balcony. The workers arrived at the designated time, and did great work. When it was time for me to do a refresh on my bathroom - removing the tub/tile and replacing it with a shower, along with a new medicine cabinet/lighting, I immediately thought of Merlino.
