I went to my appointment because I felt discomfort with cold sensitivity. The Dentist found that I had a cavity. He was comforting me while he repaired my tooth and told me "I was doing good", which helped me to feel relaxed. He and the assistant were quick, but patient at the same time to be sure my teeth were even and that I was OK. I also enjoyed the ceiling that looked like cloud shapes. The decor is SO pleasant.
Dr. Merlino's practice is fantastic! The people are friendly and the dental work is outstanding!
When I initially called to make an appointment over a month ago. I was having pain in a certain area in the right lower of my mouth. I really needed to get in, however I was scheduled a month later. I ended up calling my PCP to get an antibiotic due to an abscess. I feel like that was very unprofessional ... I was in pain and wasn’t able to get in to see you.
Everyone was very caring. I got in right away and was out in a timely manner.
I have always been impressed with my service at Dr. Merlino's office. Dr. Merlino is patient and takes the time to explain her plan with me. I am also impressed with her outreach mission trips!

I would have appreciated a letter to patients explaining the changes taking place and what my options were😊. Was surprised to see an unfamiliar face beside my chair to do my exam after my cleaning.☹️Totally unexpected.
As always, Dr Merlino and her staff were excellent. I was welcomed at the front desk and taken back at my scheduled time. My routine visit was quick and easy, allowing me to return to work on time. It's always a pleasure to see everyone at the office.
