Decided to check Merlin's out last week after years of just driving right on by. When I say I was sticker shocked, that was a good thing. The oil change went fine. I noticed that they were taking off my tires for a rotation, which I didn't ask for and didn't want. I told them to stop and they did. The "manager" said that it was part of the deal. He should mention that and tell you the cost. While I was there the "manager" had a difficult customer and he couldn't have handled it any worse. A great experience. They were able to price match since the work was expensive. They also helped me finance and had me in and out in a timely manner. I'd come back if I need more work on my car
