There was good communication. Repairs were completed quickly. I would use Merlin again for future work.
I've been using these folks for a few years and they have always been great. They have never tried to up-sell me on unnecessary repairs. My whole family uses them and have had great experiences.
Great at communicating and get the job done
OMG!!! When I went for an oil change they took off my tires. Then they tell me that my wheel bearing is bad. Funny how when I went in for an oil change, my tires were attached, not low or no noise coming off them. Now my rear tire and brakes are making noises. I asked for an oil change. That was it! But hey that can fix it for $400. I can not believe this!
