terrible quality Stay away from this place, poor quality parts and poor quality workmanship. They trick you in with Groupons and steep discount coupons and then up sell you on repairs really not needed they then use cheap parts that do not last! Went there with a $36 Groupon and left with over $1200 in repairs that used crappy parts. I have had to return five times on the repairs they made because of poor quality parts and poor workmanship and the car is still not right. Confident and comfortable! After reading all of these reviews I have to agree with them! This is a fantastic auto shop, they do the work quickly and it is always done right. I feel confident and comfortable bringing my car here and I highly recommend them!
Great experience I am usually a bit skeptical about switching auto repair shops but I did not have a choice so I came to Merlins. I had a great first experience; everyone was friendly and really talked me through exactly what needed to be done on my car. I felt very well taken care of and will definitely use them again, no more switching shops for me!
The best! It does not get any better than Merlin 200,000 Miles. The service is the best, the price is the best and the work done is the best. I would recommend them to absolutely everyone.
Took care of everything I needed a few things done with my car before a long road trip, brakes, oil change, shocks and just a look over to make sure it was ready for the trip. Merlin 200,000 Miles took care of everything for a good price. I will definitely use them again with no hesitation.

Quick and helpful I recognized Merlin's from a building sign and decided to go in for a tranny flush and oil change. I give them 5 stars all around. They were very quick and helpful.
