I spoke to the owner on Friday 10/25 to schedule a house duct cleaning. He said he could get me in early afternoon 11/01 and said he'd call when he's on his way. Well it was 4 PM on Friday 11/01 so I called the owner and he apologized saying the guy he was going to send over had a dr apt and forgot about my duct cleaning. Called to get info, guy hung up on me. Never will try using them
We had Chad from Merles duct cleaning come out and clean our ducts, and dryer vent. Chad was so pleasant to have in our home. Friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to explain to me everything I asked him about. Would 100 % recommend this company, and ask for Chad!!
