While I haven't been to the salon for a service (yet), right at the beginning of the pandemic I was suffering from a horrible case of eczema and resistance to topical steroid creams. My face and patches of skin on my body looked like they were covered in burns, and they were so sore and itchy u wasn't sleeping through the night. Lovely people and convenient location. I come for the Merle Norman cosmetics, which many Canadians aren't familiar with. The products are stellar and never tested on animals. Very grateful a MN vendor is in Toronto! I've had nothing but helpful and friendly service. My most recent visit was the best yet and I always stop by when I'm in the neighbourhood.
Great facility, friendly staff, awesome massage service, not so great manicure. Would not recommend getting a shellac manicure. After 3 days 5 of my nails have chipped and they look terrible. Usually shellac lasts 14-20 days on my nails. Stick with the massage services
