My aunt had beautiful skin, so at 20 I copied her routine and started using Merle Norman. This week I will celebrate my 78th birthday and I continue to receive compliments on my beautiful skin.
I love your product, unfortunately I did not receive a item in a very tore up box I received and not responds to my ticket I alocated. I just want what I payed for. This is #2 item I did not receive ordering from you
This is a great product and the prices keep increasing. When I started skincare the powder base was $1.25. In 1957. Now it is $24.00 in 2025. I hope the company is paying it's workers a living wage. I will continue as I have good skin for 85.
I have been using Merle Norman since my mother brought me at the age of 11 years old. I not only love Their product, but I value their company and its Family values. I love it so much, I had to come work at a studio! This company has impacted my life so much that I am completing a family dream of owning a Merle Norman. I recommend its products, I recommend getting into owning a studio AND I love each and every team member of corporate. Thank you Merle Norman!
I have been trying to contact this company for two days but They never answer the phone. I left my number, they called and hung up before I had a chance to say anything. Not good customer service. I’m on the phone again and have been waiting for ten minutes and still nothing…hung up again! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
