I am still trying to get delivery of an order that was placed January 5. Kathy keeps telling me she is shipping it, or it will be delivered in a couple of days and nothing is occurring. She has had my money for this order since January 6.

I took my 10-month-old baby to Kathy at Merle Norman, now located inside Happy Beauty Salon (next to Albertsons — they recently relocated from the Westminster Mall). Kathy was absolutely amazing! She was so professional, gentle, and clean, and my baby only cried for a quick second. The whole experience was smooth, safe, and comforting for both of us. I have been using Merle Norman products for years. Kathy, the owner of the store in Westminster Mall is GREAT. She's so knowable about all the products and will ofter recommend a change from a product I've used over time. I'd rate this store as a firm "10"!!
