I have never had a bad experience at this Merle Norman. I have been a client/customer for 5 or 6 years now, maybe longer. I have almost totally replaced my Macy's products with Merle Norman products because of the special attention I am given in this store.

I typically do not write reviews for businesses, however, after reading the unfortunate review against the Muncie Merle Norman Studio, I must! I have been a customer at the Muncie Studio for several years, even though there are other Merle Norman's closer to my home. The owner has never been anything but accommodating! I give a zero star rating for the particular Merle Norman, the owner/sales respresentative was very uncaring in serving me (the customer). I was unsure of the colors I needed. The owner did not care about helping me. She threw a compact at me and said this would work. The owner claimed she did not have anything in a lighter shade. Not knowing, I took the powder compact (foundation) home to try. Later, I tried the makeup and my face was brown, but the rest of my body is white.
