I attended this business two times, months apart, and had the same experience. They told me that they do not require appointments for eyebrow waxing, yet when I arrived at the store in the morning when they are supposed to open, no one was there. Both times I waited 15 minutes to give them the benefit of the doubt, but no one showed up. I will be taking my business to a more reliable salon.
If I could give 0 stars. I would. Rudest service. The person who did my eyebrows paid zero attention to me and continued to speak to the customer she just served. I feel sorry for her. She looks miserable.
The owner ran almost an hour behind, she didn’t care or even apologize. She treats her staff like they’re below her. The building is out dated and unsanitary. The price of services don’t match appropriately with the aesthetic of the business.
I've had the pleasure of working here for 15 years. The owner treats me like family, and ive been blessed to have absolutely amazing clientele.
