My cousin and I came in for piercings yesterday. I was getting a simple lobe piercing and my cousin was getting her septum done. The lady we were with seemed to be rushing even though there was no one else in the store at the time. I love Rainy and the girls at Downtown Merle Norman! The service is always fabulous and we always have a great time with lots of giggles! I get my nails done, pedicures and waxing here and highly recommend them!
I had the most unprofessional experience at Merle Norman from my very first phone call there. I seen they were advertising UV lashes on their Facebook page and website and that it can help with ladies that have allergies with regular lash extensions so being someone that has allergies, I called to make an appointment and I SPECIFICALLY said I would like the uv lashes, I said I would like mega volume and the lady on the first phone call could have cared less, she was extremely rude and unprofessional but I just brushed it off... read more
